One of my Venus started growing new flower bulb

I realized that the new trap grown in one Nepenthes starte growing some black stains. I don’t know what is happening, I tried to remove it but it seems that it is not possible.

I found many new small traps growing down near the soil. And I want to remove it to avoid the plant to waste energy in growing them. And focus in bigger traps.
